I love ALL things organization and details! I also loved my wedding planning process and how much it caused me to think about all the "small" things. I've spent the last two years working at Northview Church assisting with Event Coordinating at all campuses. Through wedding planning and my experience in event, wedding and project coordination, I have developed a passion for handling the important, behind the scenes details that allow dreams to come to life.
I want to serve you as the bride well and handle all of the details that could take away from you fully enjoying your big day. You should enter into your wedding day trusting that everything is covered and that all of your planning was worth it. SERVICE OFFERINGS
- Two in person coordination meetings (one at the venue and one off-site)
- Ceremony/reception layout review or creation
- Review of vendor contracts to clarify roles for day of
- Direction of 1-hour rehearsal
- Wedding weekend timeline coordination
- Day of direction set up (as required)
- Point person for vendors, venue staff and family, day of
Pre-Wedding timeline of Service
3-6 MONTHS
- Initial meeting
- Creation of month of/day of to-do list (this is for my personal use)
2 MONTHS OUT
- Client will fill out and submit vendor and wedding contact form provided
- Client will provide ceremony, reception and music details (questionnaire provided)

1 MONTH OUT
- Final meeting at venue
- Ceremony/Reception layout review
- Confirm wedding weekend itinerary and timeline
- Final details and changes will be discussed and covered throughout the month
1 DAY OUT
- Direction of 1-hour rehearsal
- Confirmation of timeline for day of
